Business Administrator & Analyst- Hybrid

Location: Columbus, Ohio

 

Responsibilities:

  1. Support LM business segments by participating in customer development, training, auditing/monitoring to ensure maximum value creation.
  2. Attend and participate in LM meetings with customers on a regular basis.
  3. Proactively provide data summary reports to LM business leaders and customers.
  4. Provide production analysis/feedback to the LM team and customers so they have the data to understand if they are aligned with maximum value creation and when appropriate contractual obligations.
  5. Meet with LM prospects, customers and the LM team with expectations of time in the field supporting customer and company initiatives and growth of business.
  6. Develop business by aggressively participating/leading market research, prospect identification, and business development. Onboarding as appropriate.
  7. Provide leadership in meeting or exceeding internal and external safety objectives.

Requirements:

  1. Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Animal Science, Agribusiness, Business Administration or related field.
  2. Prior experience required in business development, analysis, planning and market research required.
  3. Prior data management experience required.
  4. Prior experience in program development and oversight required.
  5. Experience with MS Excel for analytical purposes and MS Power Point for presentations required.
  6. Experience with MS Access or other database software preferred.
  7. Prior experience in the Livestock industry preferred.
  8. Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong attention to detail or organization skills; and be self-motivated.
