Office Assistant

Employment Type:  Part-time

Location: Illinois 16, Shelbyville, IL 62565

Time: Tuesdays – approx. 8-12 hours

Purpose:  Provide assistance to the Office Manager with general office administration.

This position will be responsible for performing daily office tasks such as filing, recording, maintaining records, copying, posting, and other similar duties, using a computer, copier, operating a calculator and fax machine. Answers the phone and relates for our members, customers and employees in a courteous, professional manner.

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; a minimum of 1 year of prior office experience and bookkeeping or accounting experience.
