Columbus, Ohio — United Producers, Inc. (UPI), the Midwest’s largest livestock marketing cooperative, is pleased to announce the hiring of Mark Brackett as a Regional Loan Officer. In this role, Brackett will work closely with farming and livestock producers across Kentucky and Tennessee to deliver customized financial solutions that support their unique needs and

operations.

Brackett brings over sixteen years of financial experience to his new role and takes great pride in serving members. As a former district manager for a financial institution specializing in personal finance, he oversaw multiple branches across Kentucky and Indiana. Through his work with producers, he developed a strong appreciation for the trust they place in their loan officers.

In addition to his financial experience, Brackett has deep roots in agriculture. He grew up on a beef cattle farm, working alongside both of his grandfathers, and continues to stay closely connected to the industry. Today, he runs a cow/calf operation specializing in registered Scottish Highland cattle. He also manages an agri-tourism business on his farm.

Brackett is an active member of the American Highland Cattle Association, Kentucky Proud, and Kentucky Farm Bureau Certified Farm Market. He currently resides in Elizabethtown, Kentucky, with his wife, Tricia Brackett, and their twin daughters.
