The OAC is offering up to six $1500 scholarships to assist those pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree in agricultural related studies. The deadline to apply is February 15, 2019.
Recipients are selected based on academic record, leadership qualities, community involvement and responses to application essay questions. Applicants will be reviewed and selected by a committee of individuals who are active members of the Ohio Agricultural Council. Scholarship recipients will be asked to
attend at least one Ohio Agricultural Council meeting and will be provided a one-year complimentary membership in the Council.
Scholarships are available to high school seniors preparing to enter college as a full-time student or any full-time undergraduate student currently enrolled in college. Applicants or their parent/legal guardian must be a resident of the State of Ohio. The applicant must have declared, or plan to declare, a major in agriculture at any two year or four-year college or university. All application submission requirements must be met to be considered for a scholarship. A minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 is preferred
