Office Manager

Employment Type:  Part time (less than 30 hours per week)
Approximately 10 hours on Tuesdays and approximately 5 hours every Thursday. There may be additional hours on either Wednesdays or Fridays during the month.

Reports To:  Regional Office Manager and Facility Manager

Employment Status:  Non-exempt (hourly – eligible for overtime)

 

Scope of Position:

This position will be responsible for the management of four functions within the Facility Operations Division: Facility Bookkeeping, Office Administration and Support, Office Management, and Customer Service.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  1. High School graduate or equivalent.
  2. Three to five years customer service, office administration, bookkeeping and accounting experience.
  3. General PC knowledge to include, but not limited to MS Office products (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Planning, prioritizing, organizing, verbal and written communication, customer focus, time-management, team-oriented, approachable, integrity, and listening.
